Why I Can’t Live Without My Pencil Kit For Sketching
I have been an avid sketcher for as long as I can remember. From drawing cartoons in my notebook as a kid to creating intricate portraits as an adult, sketching has always been a huge part of my life. And one thing that I can’t imagine sketching without is my trusty pencil kit.
First and foremost, a pencil kit provides me with a variety of pencils to choose from. From soft to hard lead, different shades and tones can be achieved with the different pencils in my kit. This allows me to create depth and texture in my sketches, making them more realistic and lifelike.
Not only do different pencils offer varying levels of darkness, but they also provide different line thicknesses. This is crucial when it comes to sketching details and creating contrast in my drawings. With multiple pencils at hand, I am able to achieve the desired effect without having to constantly sharpen or switch between pencils.
Another reason why my pencil kit is essential for me is its portability. As an artist, I find inspiration everywhere – whether it’s on a train ride or sitting in a park bench. And having a compact pencil kit allows me to take my tools with me
